Cardiac Cath Lab Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiac Cath Lab Technician to join our team at Parkland Medical Center, located in Derry, NH. As a leading acute-care hospital and Level III Trauma Center, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that prioritizes patient care and well-being.
About the Role:
The Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist will utilize their medical, technical, and administrative skills to provide exceptional support to our patient care team under the general direction of the Manager, Cardiovascular Services and direct supervision of the Clinical Coordinator, Cardiac Cath Lab. This role requires physical, emotional, spiritual, and cultural support for patients undergoing invasive diagnostic cardiac and vascular testing or intervention.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop plans of care for patients undergoing invasive diagnostic cardiac and vascular testing or intervention
- Perform scrub and monitoring duties utilizing catheterization equipment
- Operate radiology imaging equipment, store images, burn CDs, archive data, and calculate ejection fraction from LV gram
- Ensure radiation safety for patients and staff members
- Operate MAC LAB hemodynamic monitoring system
- Prepare patients for various coronary and peripheral diagnostic and/or interventional procedures
Requirements:
- RCIS or R.T. (R) (ARRT); NH Medical Imaging License required
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date
- Minimum one to two years of cath lab experience preferred

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
