About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Actuarial Consultant to join our Retirement Services team. As a key member of our team, you will play an integral role in delivering actuarial services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review valuation reports and actuarial projects using advanced analytical skills
  • Provide technical guidance and mentor junior colleagues
  • Collaborate with actuarial colleagues to deliver high-quality client results
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • EA credentials (ASA or FSA a plus)
  • Minimum 7-10 years of pension actuarial experience
  • Strong project management and communication skills
Salary and Benefits

The current salary range for this position is $130,000 to $165,000, plus opportunity for a discretionary performance bonus based on company profitability and employee performance. In addition, we offer a comprehensive suite of benefits including medical and prescription benefits, dental benefits, life insurance, disability insurance, an Employee Assistance Program, wellness benefit reimbursements and rewards, and professional credential and tuition reimbursement.
