Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive communications strategies for top-tier tech clients, aligned with their business objectives and communications goals.
  • Manage and lead high-performing teams, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure delivery of exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account management, creative, and production, to develop and implement effective communications plans.
  • Leverage industry knowledge and expertise to stay ahead of trends and developments, ensuring our clients remain competitive and relevant.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, media, and influencers, to drive engagement and secure media coverage.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest communications trends, tools, and technologies, applying this knowledge to deliver innovative solutions that meet our clients' evolving needs.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our team, mentoring junior colleagues and sharing best practices to drive excellence.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion, developing strategic plans to capitalize on these opportunities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in public relations, with a focus on technology industries and a proven track record of success.
  • Deep understanding of public relations principles, media relations, and crisis communications.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing high-performing teams and driving results-oriented performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a passion for staying ahead of the curve in terms of industry trends and developments.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop insights that inform communications strategies.
  • Salary range: $120,000-$150,000 (dependent on experience). The salary offered will be commensurate with the selected candidate's experience.
