HIV Care Specialist

At District Medical Group, we are committed to providing exceptional care for individuals living with HIV. Our state-of-the-art clinic at McDowell Healthcare Center offers a comprehensive range of services tailored to meet the unique needs of adults living with HIV and Hepatitis C.
We are seeking an experienced HIV Care Specialist to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in HIV care, including management of antiretroviral therapy, monitoring of viral loads and CD4 counts, and coordination of specialty care services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.
In addition to clinical expertise, the successful candidate will be familiar with regulatory requirements and guidelines related to HIV care, including those set by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Joint Commission.

A competitive salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include paid vacation, CME allowance, employer-paid medical malpractice insurance, and eligibility for the Federal Loan Repayment Program.
