Dishware Attendant

The Landings Golf and Athletic Club is a private luxury residential club dedicated to providing members with an active lifestyle through resort-class amenities. Located on Skidaway Island, the Club offers access to six championship golf courses, two marinas, 31 tennis courts, 15 pickleball courts, eight bocce courts, eight unique dining venues, five clubhouses, five swimming pools, and a 52,000 sq. ft. wellness center.

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.

• Clean and store all utensils, dishes, glasses, etc. for food service and food preparation.
• Remove trash from the kitchen.
• Maintain clean and sanitized floors.
• Maintain a clean and safe workstation throughout shift.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen area, as well as walk-in cooler and freezer.
• Report any damage, plumbing, or other maintenance issues.
• Work effectively as a team with all departmental employees.
• Comply with departmental uniform and grooming standards.
• Work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comply with departmental and Club policies and procedures.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Must be able to read, understand, and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must be able to use tact and understanding when dealing with customer service problems, including stressful and highly emotional situations.
• Must be highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks and deploy resources effectively.
• Must be willing and able to cross-train with other responsibilities.

• Standing and/or walking 100% of shift.
• Lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds for 50% of shift.
• Pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, and upward reaching for 85% of shift.
