Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Device Specialist to join our team at Strategic Acquisitions Group INC.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex hardware and software issues on mobile devices.
  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure repaired devices function properly and meet customer expectations.
  • Provide detailed quotes and maintain accurate records of repairs and inventory.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile device repair.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in mobile device repair and maintenance.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 pounds).

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development within our organization.
