About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Sunbelt Staffing, providing online diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.

This is a remote opportunity that offers flexibility and work-life balance. As a Virtual SLP, you will leverage telepractice technology to deliver effective care and collaborate with students and their families from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual assessments: Utilize telepractice tools to evaluate students' speech, language, communication, and swallowing abilities.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans: Create tailored therapy plans based on each student's unique needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services: Deliver secure video conferencing-based therapy sessions and monitor student progress.
  • Collaborate with students and families: Communicate and work with students, families, and other healthcare professionals to support students' goals.
  • Document and maintain records: Accurately document and maintain therapy session records and student progress.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Wisconsin.
  • A Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Prior experience with telepractice or remote therapy is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong technical skills and comfort with using virtual communication tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing time effectively.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $ $110,000 - $140,000, depending on experience. This position also offers competitive hourly pay, opportunities for professional development and continuing education, flexible scheduling, access to the full toolkit, and clinical and technical support throughout assignment.
