Job Summary:
The Data Center Operations Analyst for the Client Spares Readiness team will support data accuracy efforts for various workstreams including spare parts data governance, new zone setup, and project-based spares management. You will be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, managing supplier onboarding, and providing support for operational projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Accuracy and Spare Parts Management:
- Support spare parts data governance and ensure accuracy for new zones and new product introductions.
- Manage project-based spares collection and creation of General Product Numbers.
- Resolve Purchase Issue Records and ensure inventory accuracy.
Inventory and Vendor Management:
- Resolve technical vendor issues within the procurement process.
- Ensure accurate spare parts inventory and manage supplier onboarding and support.
- Support the Data Center Bug SLO and Fix-the-Risks projects.
Job Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data center operations, inventory management, or related field.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of data center operations and inventory management principles.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
