Salary
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description
As a Senior Guitar Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments. This includes inspecting and diagnosing issues, disassembling and reassembling instruments, and making any necessary repairs or adjustments. You will also be responsible for maintaining store-owned gear and completing warranty repair work as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments
  • Inspect and diagnose issues with instruments to determine the best course of action
  • Disassemble and reassemble instruments as needed
  • Maintain store-owned gear and ensure it is in good working order
  • Complete warranty repair work as needed

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a skilled understanding of repairing guitars and be able to work accurately and efficiently. You should also have foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products and be able to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues. Additionally, you must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
