Salary and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary of approximately $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, flexible scheduling, 100% licensure/certification reimbursement, tuition reimbursement, and up to $20,000 for student loan payments.

Job Description

As a RN-Outpatient Infusion Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating assigned patients and planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care
  • Assisting physicians during examinations and procedures
  • Performing various patient tests and administering medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse
  • Promoting patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Texas RN license (or Compact)
  • An Associate's Degree in Nursing, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • BLS certification, ACLS preferred
