We are seeking a highly skilled Academic Physiatrist to join our team. This is a Per Diem as Needed - PRN opportunity for the right candidate.

As an Academic Physiatrist at CHRISTUS Spohn Hospital Kleberg, you will play a vital role in restoring function, preventing disability, and helping patients reach maximum performance levels. You will plan therapy programs involving physical exercise, massage, heat, water, and other modalities, utilizing various mechanical and electrical equipment, and prosthetic and orthotic devices.

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 - $155,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Our hospital is a Level IV Trauma Center general acute care facility offering complete Medical and Surgical Services, including Pediatrics, Obstetrics, Skilled Nursing, Emergency, Intensive Care, Cardiac, and Comprehensive Diagnostic Services.

To be successful in this role, you must be a graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy, knowledgeable of the American Physical Therapy Association Code of Ethics and the Guide to Physical Therapy Practice. Current licensure by the Texas Board of Physical Therapy & Occupational Therapy Examiners is also required.
