About the Role

As a Senior Luxury Construction Estimator at Jobot, you will be responsible for estimating and bidding projects for our commercial division. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing company in the luxury home industry.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced estimator who can work closely with our President to plan and execute projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project strategy and be able to develop comprehensive estimates that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work in partnership with the President to plan projects, including general conditions studies, procurement schedules, and logistics.
  • Review and analyze documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop detailed estimates and bids for each trade, taking into account project requirements and client needs.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and the design community to deliver world-class customer service.
Requirements
  • A four-year college degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
  • At least five years of experience in estimating for luxury homes, with advanced computer skills and competency in Microsoft Office, Buildertrend software, and other construction estimator platforms.
  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
