We are looking for a talented Marketing and Operations Manager to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. As a Marketing and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement. You will also oversee the day-to-day operations of our stores, ensuring that they are running efficiently and effectively.

Job Description

This role involves overseeing store operations, managing teams, and driving business growth through effective marketing strategies. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Oversighting store operations, including inventory management, employee training, and customer service
  • Managing budgets and analyzing financial reports to inform business decisions
  • Maintaining strong relationships with colleagues, vendors, and partners
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing and/or operations management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions

Estimated Salary

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
