We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at UCHealth Highlands Ranch Hospital. As a key member of our Perioperative and PACU teams, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in various clinical settings.

About the Role:

  • Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process and prioritize wellness, a patient perspective, and evidence-based practice.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional outcomes and model proficiency through precepting new staff members.
  • Contribute to a culture of learning and support individualized specialty education and training for competency validation.
  • Maintain current certifications, such as ACLS and BLS, and adhere to AORN and ABPANC core curriculum and certification standards.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and 6 months RN experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program.
  • Prior ICU or ED experience considered, but not required.
  • Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing-approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years' experience. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $37.06 - $57.44 per hour, based on relevant experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive total rewards package, including:
