About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our front and back-office teams. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow with our organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and register them according to established protocols
  • Assist patients with completing necessary forms and documentation
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date patient information, including billing details
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries from patients and medical professionals
  • Schedule appointments and collect co-pays and payments as needed
  • Obtain external medical reports and respond to requests for information
  • Perform various clerical duties, such as charting and recording infusion vitals/administration
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • A Medical Assistant diploma or certificate from an accredited facility
  • Good oral and written communication skills, good computer skills, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 per year

The salary range for this position is based on industry standards and takes into account factors such as location, experience, and qualifications. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
