We are a leading healthcare provider in southern Wisconsin, serving the greater Madison area. Our team of 22 Ophthalmologists and 36 Optometrists work together to provide comprehensive eye care services at 19 locations.

Opportunity Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Ophthalmologist to join our physician-led department. You will have the chance to work with a diverse range of patients and contribute to the growth and development of our team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care, including comprehensive ophthalmology and specialized services such as cornea, glaucoma, and retina.
  • Collaborate with our experienced team of Ophthalmologists and Optometrists to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Participate in outreach programs to our satellite sites, expanding our reach and impact in the community.
  • Pursue opportunities for academic and clinical research through our partnerships with the University of Wisconsin.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive two-year guaranteed salary, with bonus potential, as well as a comprehensive benefits package. You will also have access to state-of-the-art facilities, including an adjacent full-time outpatient surgery center, an on-site photography department, and an ophthalmic diagnostic center.
