Dixon is seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Manager to lead our Southwest team. This role will oversee sales activities in 6 states, including TX, OK, AR, LA, and parts of NM and MS. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of field experience in related markets and at least 3 years of management experience.

This position reports to the National Sales Manager and requires strong computer skills, self-motivation, and well-organized time management. The successful candidate will set sales growth goals, develop forecasts, and provide training to Territory Sales Managers.

The role involves overnight travel approximately 50 percent of the time and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a competitive salary, bonus programs, and a 401K retirement plan.
