Pizza Maker

Trevor's Liquor is seeking a skilled Pizza Maker to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. As a Pizza Maker, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas according to company recipes and customers' orders.

• Preparing pizza dough, sauces, and various toppings, including tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, onions, and meats
• Monitoring the temperature of the pizza ovens and cooking times to ensure perfect pizzas every time
• Cleaning workstations before pizza preparation and maintaining a clean environment at all times
• Ensuring that all utensils and cooking equipment are sterilized before each use
• Managing inventory and placing orders for more supplies as needed
• Plating or packaging pizzas accordingly and managing food order slips to ensure timely completion of customer orders

• A minimum of a high school diploma or GED
• A food handler's license is preferred
• Proven experience in food preparation and handling, preferably in a pizza restaurant
• Working knowledge of proper food handling procedures and ability to follow standardized recipes
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Competitive salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
