Job Title: Diagnostic Imaging Technologist - CT Unit

We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Imaging Technologist to join our team at Mid Coast Hospital. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality patient care.

About the Role:
  • This is an overnight position, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • We offer a competitive salary of $ $83,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct diagnostic imaging procedures using CT scanners, ensuring accurate and efficient results.
  2. Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  3. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
  4. Stay up-to-date with continuing education requirements and industry developments.
Requirements:
  • BLS certification is required.
  • Experience working in a hospital setting, preferably in a CT unit.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
