Job Summary

Ken's Foods is seeking a skilled Mechanic - NV to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our automated packaging machinery, pumps, and hydraulic systems. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on automated packaging machinery, pumps, and hydraulic systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical control and power circuits.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate standards and systems to monitor food safety, quality, and facility cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to achieve optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance or technical role.
  • Strong knowledge of automated packaging machinery, pumps, and hydraulic systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Working Conditions
  • Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Exposure to moving mechanical parts, wet and/or humid conditions, and extreme temperatures.
  • Occasional exposure to loud noises and hazardous materials.
