Salary & Benefits

Job Description

We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Assistant General Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for leading by example, achieving occupancy levels, building brand loyalty, and ensuring the community's interior and exterior are immaculate.

You'll also contribute to the achievement of established financial objectives, manage delinquency, and provide exceptional customer service to our residents.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A college degree
  • 2+ years of experience in property management, hospitality, or retail
  • Exposure to rent collection processes, budgets, and account receivables
  • Proficient in social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A sharp professional appearance
  • Competence with industry software (YARDI preferred), apps, and computer programs
  • Sales aptitude
