Senior Technology Development Lead

The Senior Technology Development Lead is responsible for driving innovation and growth in Pall's clean energy space within the Carbon Capture and Plastic Recycling markets. This role involves identifying and nurturing differentiated Pall solutions and embedding them into customer specifications, while developing and expanding our technical roadmap through new product development opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact between Pall and assigned licensors to ensure Pall Products are specified solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise within the assigned markets.
  • Identify advantaged applications for existing and future Pall technologies.
  • Influence Pall's technology and product roadmaps to ensure that new product development (NPD) activities are aligned with technology licensor and seminal end-user needs.
  • Contribute to the development of sector/market strategies from a technology point of view.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years' technical experience in science and technology-based products into the Carbon Capture and or Plastic Recycling industrial sectors, and at least 3+ years' industrial experience.
  • PhD in relevant Engineering or Scientific discipline.
  • Ability to travel, as needed, both nationally and internationally.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of filter design, fluid dynamics, chemical and hydromechanics, advanced membrane technology.
  • Proven ability in executing comprehensive growth strategies, identifying short and long term market needs and opportunities.
