We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Waterview Hills Campus in North Salem, Westchester County. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents and helping them achieve their highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in planning, organizing, developing, and implementing Physical Therapy services in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help residents achieve their goals and maintain their highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being.
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and maintain accurate treatment records, resident files, and progress notes.
- Participate in discharge planning and development of resident care plans, resident assessments, and other necessary tasks.
- Current license and registration to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of NY.
- Current malpractice insurance and a license in good standing.
- Dedication to providing extraordinary compassionate care as a Physical Therapist.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organization skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure, flexibly, and harmoniously with all staff.
