At Pincho Florida, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who wants to make a significant impact on the success of our business.

About the Role

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing a team of up to 30 employees, implementing quality control measures, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of daily operations, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and controlling costs.
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer service matters, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to a high standard, following proper procedures and Pincho standards.
  • Assist with hiring needs, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees as directed.
  • Train and become proficient in every position in the store, demonstrating expert knowledge of all menu items.
  • Maintain a clean and organized restaurant, adhering to weekly cleaning checklists and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Order supplies and manage inventory, ensuring that the restaurant has everything needed to operate effectively.
  • Handle cash tills and deposits, ensuring accurate record-keeping and adherence to company policies.
  • Promote a positive work culture, fostering collaboration and communication among team members.
  • Follow all company standards for health, safety, sanitation, and security.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of management experience in a similar industry, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $50,000 per year, plus the potential for bonuses. Our comprehensive benefits package includes a base salary of $50,000, a yearly bonus of $13,000($1,000 per period) cash, plus a deferred payment of $26,000.
