Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Adult Outpatient Clinician to join our Behavioral Health Services division at Riverside Community Care. As a key member of our team, you will provide direct clinical assessment and intervention for adults, working collaboratively with consumers to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop service plans with consumers, including periodic reviews of treatment plans
  • Provide clinical interventions based on developed treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques
  • Opportunity to provide clinical supervision for non-licensed clinicians and/or clinical interns as assigned by the Program Director
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in Social Work or Counseling, with Independent Licensure of LMHC or LICSW
  • Two years outpatient experience preferred, with a strong background in clinical assessment and intervention
  • Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) certified, with ability to meet all requirements to maintain an active professional license
