Senior IT Manager Role in Elkhart, Indiana

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Manager to lead our IT team in Elkhart, Indiana. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, Salesforce administration, and ERP system management.

Job Summary:

The Senior IT Manager will oversee the IT applications, ensure seamless integration and functionality across systems, and lead projects that drive technological advancement and efficiency within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Administer and support our ERP system, ensuring optimal performance, security, and integration with other enterprise applications.
  • Manage and maintain IT applications, implementing and monitoring security protocols to protect company data and systems.
  • Lead and mentor the IT team, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to procure technology solutions, negotiate contracts, and manage service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record in project management, Salesforce administration, and ERP system management.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, ERP systems, and IT infrastructure management.
  • Demonstrated experience managing IT projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of IT professionals.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan with company match, paid time off (PTO), and holidays.
