About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Case Manager to join our team at The Salvation Army - Empire State Division Headquarters. As a key member of our Supportive Services for Veteran Families Program, you will play a vital role in providing intensive case management, temporary financial assistance, and referrals to eligible households.

As a Case Manager, you will work closely with clients to assess their needs, develop individualized service plans, and connect them with community resources to achieve stable housing and self-sufficiency. Your expertise in crisis intervention, advocacy, and life skills training will enable you to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $22.50-$23.50 per hour, depending on education and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes paid holidays, health insurance, paid time off, and more.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in case management or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • NYS Driver's License and regular access to private transportation
