**Salary:** $43,153 - $64,678 per annum

**Job Description:**
As an Operational Excellence Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze processes, develop solutions, and drive implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Operations Management, Business Administration, or Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
