We are seeking a dynamic Senior Tax Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional tax services to our clients.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with 7-12 years of experience in preparing and reviewing individual, corporate, partnership, and estate tax returns. As a Senior Tax Manager, you will work closely with our Director to develop and execute the firm's growth initiatives, product, and services offering and operational strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage individual, business (c-corps, s-corps, and partnerships) and trust tax return engagements
  • Lead firm's consulting and advisory efforts in the region
  • Supervise staff in areas of research, training, and development

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and attention management skills, as well as a strong entrepreneurial mindset and work ethic. A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred. CPA or EA certification is also necessary.
