Server Position Overview

At Pegasus Senior Living, we are seeking a skilled Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve food to residents within scheduled time frames.
• Clean and maintain food service areas, including the kitchen and dining room.
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff to ensure a positive dining experience.

• A minimum of one year of relevant experience in hospitality, full-service, or senior living (preferred).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Competitive salary range: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour.
