Job Summary

This Encompass Application Administrator role is a critical part of the Bank Technology Development team at Raymond James Financial Incorporated. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Bank Technology users and working with vendor banking applications, primarily Encompass.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create detailed business requirements for functional and non-functional capabilities.
  • Develop process documentation and workflow diagrams as needed.
  • Learn system specifications for vendor app configurations, user roles, and new product setup.
  • Collaborate with vendor representatives to fulfill user requests and document new features.
  • Validate test cases to ensure scripts evaluate business functions correctly.
  • Gather and interpret information from multiple sources and make recommendations.
  • Provide support for application development teams, including documenting business processes.
  • Translate technical concepts to business audiences and business information to technical audiences.
  • Participate in developing estimates and implementation plans for technical solutions.
  • Partner with team members to develop project schedules, reports, and documentation.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or related field.
  • Three years of relevant experience or a combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Two years of experience as an LOS Administrator with Encompass 360 Banker Edition.
  • Encompass Certified Administrator is highly preferred.
