Game Operations Manager

We have locations in Atlanta, Washington D.C., and Brooklyn, with a new location opening in Houston soon.
**Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year**
**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager at BEAT THE BOMB, you will be responsible for leading our team of Shift Supervisors and ensuring exceptional guest service while supporting all company initiatives. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, technical ability, critical thinking, communication skills, and computer proficiency.
- Core Responsibilities:
- Maintain exceptional guest-centered culture which exceeds customer expectations.
- Oversee service quality, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, standards compliance, and financial measurements.
- Assist with maintaining the appearance and safety of the facility.
- Assist with managing and maintaining inventory and ordering of supplies in a timely manner.
- Assist with hiring, performance reviews, 1 on 1 meetings, scheduling, conflict resolution, and coaching.
- Address operational performance, productivity, and efficiency gaps and work with your team to implement measures to correct those deficiencies.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Ability to work hands on with the staff within all departments.
- Ability to manage opening and closing of the location, weekends, holidays, and all associated responsibilities of the location.
- Oversight and the ability to manage all game rooms, game bays, event spaces, beer garden guests, and Bomb Room(s) - blasting guests with PAINT, FOAM, and SLIME.
