Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and employees, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Assist with scheduling, including booking appointments and managing calendars
• Perform various administrative tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse groups
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly
