Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Software Engineer to join our growing team. As a Lead Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and scaling our data analytics platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership:
Guide and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and technical excellence.
Architecture & Design:
Architect scalable and efficient solutions that address complex data analytics challenges. Ensure high performance and reliability of our platform.
Development:
Lead the development of new features and enhancements using React, Redux, TypeScript, , , and AWS.
Code Quality:
Maintain high standards of code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration practices.
Collaboration:
Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
Innovation:
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. Continuously evaluate and integrate new tools and practices to improve our development processes.
Problem Solving:
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to our platform and services.
Required Qualifications:
Experience:
5+ years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering high-quality software solutions.
Tech Stack Proficiency:
Deep expertise in React, Redux, TypeScript, , , and AWS.
Leadership Skills:
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with experience in managing and motivating engineering teams.
Problem-Solving:
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.

Familiarity with other cloud services and architectures beyond AWS.
