Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for clients struggling with substance use disorders. This will involve conducting thorough assessments, creating personalized recovery plans, and providing ongoing support and guidance to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop effective treatment plans
  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions to support clients in their recovery journey
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Monitor client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
  • Document client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with agency policies
Requirements
  • Certification as a Certified Associate Counselor-Alcohol and Drug (CAC-AD) or Certified Supervised Counselor-Alcohol and Drug (CSC-AD)
  • Experience in conducting individual and group counseling sessions
  • 1-3 years of behavioral health experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
