Job Title: Territory Manager

At Addiction and Mental, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our Business Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in your assigned geography and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain a portfolio of new and existing accounts
  • Conduct outside sales calls to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in your assigned territory
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in outside sales or a related field
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce
