About the Role:

We're looking for friendly and approachable individuals who embody the spirit of hospitality. As a Guest Services Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, providing warm welcomes, assistance with registration, and ensuring their stay is nothing short of unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Greet guests with a smile, provide information about the resort and local attractions, and offer personalized recommendations to enhance their stay.
  • Manage Registration and Check-In: Efficiently process guest arrivals, issue keys, and ensure seamless check-in experiences.
  • Process Transactions: Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision, adhering to established procedures.
  • Balance Cash Receipts and Perform Bucket Checks: Maintain accurate records, balancing cash receipts and conducting regular bucket checks to prevent discrepancies.
  • Provide Excellent Communication: Respond promptly to guest inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain open lines of communication throughout their stay.
