Alumni Engagement Coordinator

Aliya Health Group is a nationwide network of addiction treatment centers committed to providing diverse, evidence-based programs for substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders.

We are seeking an Alumni Engagement Coordinator to join our team at Vogue Recovery Centers in Phoenix, AZ.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve benchmark goals for the facility. This includes:

• Developing and managing alumni participation and engagement initiatives
• Working with leadership to ensure exceptional patient/community satisfaction
• Developing community education, interaction, and awareness goals

The Alumni Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for:

• Assisting in the continuous development and assessment of the Alumni Program through identified metrics
• Monitoring client satisfaction surveys and facilitating action plans with related departments
• Maintaining open communication lines with leadership, facility staff, clients, and their support systems
• Liaising with local community agencies through networking conference attendance, open houses, etc.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• A minimum of 1-3 years' experience in public relations or a health-related field
• Familiarity with recovery-based materials; AA, NA, Refuge, SMART Recovery, Celebrate Recovery, etc.

This role offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including CPR and CRS certifications, and opportunities for professional development.
