About the Role

As a Director of Community Living Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and delivery of high-quality services to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. This includes directing the implementation and delivery of Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and ensuring that strategies reflect the goals and objectives of these plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Servicing and Support
    • Built effective relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Developed and implemented personalized service plans that cater to the unique requirements of each individual.
    • Coordinated with community resources and agencies to ensure seamless support and referrals.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related field.
    • Minimum of two years of experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities.
    • Proven supervisory experience, with a track record of successful team leadership and management.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Demonstrated expertise in service planning, coordination, and delivery.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
    • Able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
