We are seeking an accomplished Sauté Cook to join our team. As a culinary artisan, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items to perfection, requiring a sense of urgency and adaptability. This role represents the Company by providing professional service, attention to detail, and a positive environment.

• Ensure menu knowledge to address server or bartender questions about the menu, including food allergy issues
• Follow recipes, uphold specs, and deliver perfect presentation of every dish
• Proper food handling and sanitation of work areas, ensuring compliance with food handling requirements
• Maintain neat and organized work areas, including sweeping and mopping as needed
• Achieve all running and end-of-shift side work, ensuring work areas are stocked and ready

We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $14.00 - $18.00 per hour based on experience, plus insurance benefits, discounts at all restaurant locations, flexible scheduling, leadership training, and opportunities for growth.
