At Clayton Early Learning, we are seeking a highly skilled Data Systems Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about data administration and integrity.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, coordinating, and monitoring all data related to educational programs and services. This includes entering and maintaining information in various educational database systems, designing databases according to end-users' needs, and ensuring data security, privacy, and integrity.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Enter and maintain information in educational database systems such as COPA, TS Gold, e-DECA, Airtable, ChildPlus, and others.
  • Design databases to meet the needs of end-users and ensure accurate data distribution.
  • Compile and gather data from various sources and enter it into the appropriate database system.
  • Assist with quality control for all data within database systems, examining data for changes or errors, locating and eliminating duplicate entries, and resolving access issues.
  • Conduct data audits and provide reports to end-users or stakeholders.
  • Perform tests and evaluations to ensure data security, privacy, and integrity.
  • Monitor database performance, implement changes, and escalate issues to the Sr Manager of Data and Evaluation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in child development, research methods, child assessment, sociology, or a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding critical thinking skills.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to maintain and organize documents and files.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn various software and systems.
  • Experience with office equipment and troubleshooting.
