About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Associate Forklift Operator to join our team at Utica Specialty Foods LLC.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving and processing inbound shipments, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Maintaining organized storage areas and ensuring that all products are properly labeled and secured
  • Picking and packing online orders with high precision and efficiency
  • Operating a stand-up forklift to transport goods throughout the warehouse
  • Participating in regular cleaning and maintenance of the warehouse environment
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a forklift operator or in a similar warehouse role
  • Demonstrated expertise in using barcode scanning technology and inventory management software
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus opportunities for professional growth and development.
