Medical Experience Coordinator

Sollis Health seeks a highly skilled and motivated Front Desk Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service and support to our members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet members/patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor, ensuring a high-quality experience.
- Manage patient accounts, including scheduling appointments, processing registrations, and scanning documents.
- Conduct temperature checks and COVID screening questions as required.
- Enter membership leads and patient demographics into Salesforce.
- Schedule follow-up appointments for medical evaluations, vaccinations, and house calls as needed.
- Address member inquiries and concerns in a timely manner, escalating issues as necessary.
- Support the Sollis medical hotline and direct patients to appropriate team members.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment, adhering to Sollis brand standards.
Requirements:
- Associates degree or higher required.
- 1-2 years of previous hospitality and/or medical office experience preferred.
- Excellent administrative skills, particularly in managing customer interactions.
- Ability to efficiently execute established office routines and policies.
We offer competitive compensation and opportunities for growth. Salary range: $26-$29 per hour (New York City candidates only). Actual pay may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and education.
