Perfusionist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Perfusionist to join our team in Tampa, FL. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented group of surgeons and contribute to the success of our organization.

Job Summary

The Perfusionist will be responsible for operating the heart-lung machine and ensuring the smooth operation of cardiovascular surgeries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in perfusion and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Operate the heart-lung machine during cardiovascular surgeries
  • Monitor and maintain the perfusion circuit
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure successful outcomes
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited perfusion training program
  • Certification by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP) or meets other Company requirements
  • Ability to work on call and live within 30 minutes of the hospital
