About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Fast Pace Health. As a Medical Director for Rural Healthcare, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive and community-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead clinic staff in behaviors, actions, and attitude to ensure excellent patient care.
  • Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner and forward charts as appropriate on a daily basis.
  • Implement clinical protocols as outlined by the CMO and Supervising Physicians.
  • Maintain behavior that is compliant with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's Degree in Nursing.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide benefits such as holiday pay, PTO, medical, dental, vision, and work-life balance. You will also have the opportunity to participate in community events and outreach programs.
