About the Position
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) role at Medical City Denton is an exciting opportunity for experienced ICU nurses to take on leadership responsibilities and drive high-quality patient care. In this position, you will oversee nursing operations in the ICU department, ensuring seamless patient flow and exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Care Coordination: Assist with admission and discharge processes to optimize patient throughput and quality of care.
- Clinical Oversight: Collaborate with subject matter experts to create an environment that fosters teamwork, improved outcomes, and service excellence.
- Staff Development: Support the growth and development of ICU staff through training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
