Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated $38/hour base rate with an additional 10% shift differential for evenings and nights, totaling up to $41.80/hour. A sign-on bonus of $3,500 is also available to eligible candidates.

Job Summary

This opportunity is for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Boro Park Center. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, and maintaining accurate records. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment make you an ideal candidate for this role.

Responsibilities
  • Collecting required information from new residents to ensure seamless admission processes
  • Recording health details of residents and monitoring food and liquid intake/output
  • Administering medications and injections as needed
  • Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and ensuring they provide top-notch care
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A current LPN license in the state of New York
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs)
