**Responsibilities and Requirements:**

  • Ensure the safety of all pool patrons by maintaining active surveillance and responding promptly to emergencies.
  • Enforce pool rules and regulations, adhering to YMCA policies and procedures.
  • Certifications: CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, Basic First Aid, and Emergency Oxygen.

**Estimated Salary:** $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience.
