We are a private dental office looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Dental Treatment Coordinator. With a strong focus on delivering exceptional patient care, we are seeking someone who is energetic, multitasking, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

As a Dental Treatment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes:

  • Verifying patient insurance information and presenting treatment plans to patients
  • Managing the aging report and accounts receivable
  • Working collaboratively with our team to maintain a productive schedule

Our office hours are Monday-Thursday, 7am-5pm (split shifts) and Friday, 8am-2pm. We are a small, family-owned practice and all team members work together as a family. We are looking for someone who is a good fit for our team and is able to work collaboratively with us to deliver exceptional patient care.

As a Dental Treatment Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop strong relationships with them. You will also have the opportunity to learn and grow with our practice, taking on additional responsibilities and developing your skills and expertise.

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package to our employees.
