Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Technician to join our team. As a Dialysis Technician, you will play a critical role in providing safe and effective dialysis therapy for patients under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up, testing, and operating hemodialysis machines for patient treatments.
  • Documenting necessary pre- and post-treatment vital signs and weight for each patient.
  • Evaluating vascular access pre-treatment and performing vascular access cannulation.
  • Monitoring patients' response to dialysis therapy.

**Education and Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous patient care experience in a hospital setting or related facility (preferred but not required).
  • CPR certification required.

**Compensation and Benefits:**

  • A competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
